Ventoo Pingen Connector

Send Business Central documents as physical letters — automatically.

Pingen Connector by Ventoo integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with the Pingen postal service, turning your posted sales invoices, credit memos, sales orders and quotes into physical mail without leaving Business Central. No printing, no envelopes, no trips to the post office — Pingen prints, enfolds and ships your letters from regional production centers in Switzerland and Germany.

How it works

1. Configure your Pingen Client ID, Client Secret and Organisation ID in the Pingen Setup page.
2. Assign a Document Sending Profile (e.g. "POST") to the customers that should receive physical letters.
3. Post your documents as usual. A built-in job queue picks them up after a configurable delay (default 4 days), generates the PDF using your standard report layouts, and submits them to Pingen for printing and dispatch.

Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, version 26.0 or higher (cloud or on-premises).
